How private label works with Huakui

Define Your Custom Sock Specification

A reference sock, artwork, mood board or product brief is enough to begin. We discuss the use case, target customer, material direction, size range and the details that matter to your brand.

Sampling and Approval Before Bulk Production

The sample stage is where fit, hand feel, colour, logo and construction are confirmed. It gives both sides one clear product standard before an order moves into bulk production.

Custom Logo Socks and Retail Packaging

Develop logo details, colours, patterns, labels and retail-ready packaging as part of the same project, rather than treating the sock and its presentation as separate jobs.

Make repeat orders easier

Keep approved specifications, artwork and packing files together, so future seasonal orders or replenishment programmes start from an agreed reference.

Logo and packaging

Choose the right treatment for the approved sock design.

The final method is confirmed against the artwork, yarn, sock construction and quantity—so the brand detail works in real production, not only on screen.

Embroidered logo

For a small logo area and a raised, tactile finish.

Jacquard customisation

For knitted lettering, patterns, stripes and integrated design details.

Printed customisation

For artwork requiring colour or detail not suited to knitting alone.

Private labels

Customer-label replacement and customised label-set options.

Retail packaging

Coordinate sleeves, cards, sets and gift-ready packaging.

Approved references

Retain sample and packing references for more consistent reorders.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the MOQ for custom socks?

For standard programmes, the typical MOQ starts from 500 pairs per style, colour and size. It can change with yarn, construction, logo method and packaging.

How long does custom sock sampling take?

Typical sampling takes one week when the product brief and artwork are clear. Complex construction or material sourcing can require more time.

How long is bulk production?

Typical bulk-production lead time is one month after sample and order confirmation. The schedule is confirmed for each order.

Can Huakui support branding, packaging and export?

Yes. Branding can include embroidery, jacquard and printing, plus private labels and retail packaging. Huakui can also assist with export documents and shipment coordination to the destination port. Final scope is confirmed for the order.

Materials and Sourcing Requirements

Considering bamboo-derived yarns for a lifestyle range or merino wool for an outdoor sock brief? Share your intended fibre blend, sock weight and target market. Ask our team to confirm yarn availability, sampling feasibility and supporting documents before selecting a material.

For bamboo socks, define the actual fibre composition and labelling requirements. For merino wool socks, specify wool percentage, cushioning and care requirements. Material selection alone does not establish that a finished sock is sustainable.

MOQ, Sampling and Lead Times

Send quantities by design, colour and size, your packaging brief and required delivery date. Minimum order quantity, sample timing and production lead time need to be confirmed for the agreed specification.
