Integrated manufacturing

Eight production stages, managed in one factory

From knitting and inspection to packing and shipment, Huakui manages every critical stage in-house to a defined standard.

  1. 1

    Knitting

Lonati single- and double-cylinder machines knit each order to the approved construction and specification.

  2. 2

    FQC Sock Inspection

After knitting, every semi-finished sock receives an individual visual and basic measurement check to identify defects early.

  3. 3

    Embroidery

Computerised embroidery is completed in-house to keep logo placement, colours and stitch quality consistent.

  4. 4

    Boarding & Shaping

Steam boarding stabilises the sock shape, dimensions and hand feel for a neat, consistent finish.

  5. 5

    Pairing & Matching

Left and right socks are matched by size, colour and style, with a final visual consistency check.

  6. 6

    Packing

We apply hangtags, labels and single-pair or set packing according to your approved packaging requirements.

  7. 7

    Pre-shipment Inspection

Before shipment, sampling checks verify quantity, appearance, packing and carton information against release requirements.

  8. 8

    Warehousing & Logistics

Finished goods are stored, prepared and dispatched against the order plan, supporting shipment on the agreed schedule.

Quality

Japanese-standard quality, in numbers

Since our 2008 joint venture with Japan's HOLLYHOCK, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen run through every stage.

Our production and quality management systems are modelled on Japanese principles of precision and continuous improvement. Every semi-finished product is inspected; any batch below a 95% first-pass yield is routed for comprehensive rework — so only products meeting our exacting criteria reach final assembly.

  • Lean Manufacturing — Waste-out, flow-smooth production discipline inherited from our Japanese partnership.
  • Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) — Every shift feeds small improvements back into the process.
  • Dual inspection — Manual visual inspection plus instrument testing on dimensions and colour consistency.
  • 99.9%final first-pass acceptance rate
  • >96%semi-finished first-pass rate
  • <0.1%major-defect rework threshold on audit
  • 2008Japanese JV since (HOLLYHOCK)
